One order, start to finish, in one thread.

This is what happens between a customer's first message and a delivered parcel. You can step in at any point. Amy is the name it answers to out of the box, but it is yours to rename in Settings, so customers only ever hear from your own business.

A customer messages your number

The assistant greets them, sends your catalogue and answers questions in your own words. If they ask for a person, you are told.

1 / 5

Hi, do you still have the ankara midi dress in size 12?

Yes we do. Ankara Midi Dress, size 12, ₦28,500. How many would you like?

If they ask for a person, you are told.

Close an order in about 5 WhatsApp messages.

Meta charges for every message a business sends. AmyNav asks for everything in as few messages as it can, so each order costs less.

Everything the work needs, and nothing you have to bolt on.

Pick an area to see exactly what it does.

It answers what it knows, and hands over what it does not.

A rule based assistant, not an AI model, that answers to Amy by default and to whatever name you give it after that. It never invents a price or a promise, and a person can step in at any moment.

Meet Amy, or rename it
Every AmyNav account starts with a built-in assistant called Amy. Give it your own name in Settings and every message it sends carries that name instead, so customers only ever hear from your business.
Reply from your phone or from here, both count
Keep the WhatsApp Business App on your phone and connect AmyNav to the same number. A customer message reaches both at once. Reply from your phone and it lands in AmyNav too, Amy steps back the moment you do, exactly like tapping Take over. Nothing you already have gets left behind, your contacts and history stay put.
Catalogue, search and prices
Sends your catalogue, finds products by name or SKU, and shows price and stock. "How much is the cheapest one?" or "your most expensive shoes" lists that end of your price list, ready to order.
Recommendations
A customer describes what they want and it suggests the closest products from your own names, categories and descriptions, with rules you can write yourself. A budget such as "a gift under ₦10,000" keeps the suggestions within it.
Sell, or just answer questions
Not selling in the chat? Switch the assistant to Answer questions. It answers, recommends, and passes anyone who wants to buy to your team as an enquiry. Your website chat always works this way.
Your FAQ, in your words
Answers to your own questions are sent word for word. Add the phrases your customers really type.
Hand over to a person
Reply yourself, or press Take over, and the assistant goes quiet in that chat until you hand it back. It also hands back on its own after a quiet spell.
Your hours, and closing the shop
Tell customers when you are back out of hours. Close the shop for a holiday with one switch: no new orders or quotes, questions and tracking still answered, and it reopens by itself.
Your wording, in your languages
Rewrite what it says, message by message. On plans that include it, offer more languages, including Pidgin, Yorùbá, Hausa and Igbo: write the wording yourself, or let us translate it once and keep it. Pidgin is understood for every shop, and you can add the way your own customers talk.
No fee per message
The assistant matches what customers mean against your own catalogue, answers and rules. There is no AI meter running on every reply, and it never makes up a price.
More about the shop assistant

Ask, and it suggests. Type a list, and it quotes.

A customer describes what they want and gets real products back, each with a reason, from your own names, categories and descriptions. Order them as suggested, or look through and choose, and it becomes a quote either way.

Everything the dashboard does

It follows rules you can read. It never guesses.

There is no AI model in the middle. Recognised words trigger a fixed action, what it says is either your own wording or a plain fact from your data, and anything it does not understand goes to a person. Nothing is invented, and nothing is sent to an outside AI service.

Building for clients? There is an API.

The same REST API the dashboard uses, with keys you can limit to just the areas an integration needs, signed webhooks, and a reseller account to create and bill merchants as one. Documentation and a Postman collection are ready.

Questions merchants actually ask.

Not here? Ask us, or read the full list.

Most merchants are live in under 5 minutes: connect your WhatsApp number through Meta's own sign-in, then connect your store or add a few products by hand. Linking your number also sets up your product catalogue for WhatsApp, activates the number and sends it your first products automatically. No code, no developer needed.

Your customers are already on WhatsApp.

Give them a way to order that ends in a delivered parcel, and give yourself the numbers to prove it.
