- Your money is never held
- Payments go straight to your own Paystack or Flutterwave account or your own bank account. AmyNav records them, it does not hold them.
- Each business is walled off
- Every request is limited to one business at the database level, so no merchant can read another's orders, customers or chats. What a team member can do is decided by roles you set.
- Secrets are encrypted
- Gateway keys, store credentials, WhatsApp tokens and webhook secrets are stored encrypted, and are never shown again after you save them.
- Incoming messages are checked
- Webhooks from Meta, Paystack, Flutterwave, WooCommerce and Shopify are signature checked, and a repeated one never charges or refunds twice.
- Customers can ask for their data
- A customer sends "send me my data" in the chat and gets a copy. "Delete my data" starts a deletion that you approve, and it is refused while they have an order still open.
- You can take your data with you
- Export everything you own from Settings, or close your account and request deletion, whenever you want.
- No AI model reads your chats
- The assistant follows fixed rules. Nothing is sent to an outside AI service to work out what a customer means.
- Backups
- The database is backed up every day.
