Everything AmyNav does, in full.

Grouped the way the work is done. Some features come with higher plans, and the pricing page shows exactly which.

The shop assistant

A rule based assistant, not an AI model, that answers to Amy by default and to whatever name you give it after that. It never invents a price or a promise, and a person can step in at any moment.

Meet Amy, or rename it
Every AmyNav account starts with a built-in assistant called Amy. Give it your own name in Settings and every message it sends carries that name instead, so customers only ever hear from your business.
Reply from your phone or from here, both count
Keep the WhatsApp Business App on your phone and connect AmyNav to the same number. A customer message reaches both at once. Reply from your phone and it lands in AmyNav too, Amy steps back the moment you do, exactly like tapping Take over. Nothing you already have gets left behind, your contacts and history stay put.
Catalogue, search and prices
Sends your catalogue, finds products by name or SKU, and shows price and stock. "How much is the cheapest one?" or "your most expensive shoes" lists that end of your price list, ready to order.
Recommendations
A customer describes what they want and it suggests the closest products from your own names, categories and descriptions, with rules you can write yourself. A budget such as "a gift under ₦10,000" keeps the suggestions within it.
Sell, or just answer questions
Not selling in the chat? Switch the assistant to Answer questions. It answers, recommends, and passes anyone who wants to buy to your team as an enquiry. Your website chat always works this way.
Your FAQ, in your words
Answers to your own questions are sent word for word. Add the phrases your customers really type.
Hand over to a person
Reply yourself, or press Take over, and the assistant goes quiet in that chat until you hand it back. It also hands back on its own after a quiet spell.
Your hours, and closing the shop
Tell customers when you are back out of hours. Close the shop for a holiday with one switch: no new orders or quotes, questions and tracking still answered, and it reopens by itself.
Your wording, in your languages
Rewrite what it says, message by message. On plans that include it, offer more languages, including Pidgin, Yorùbá, Hausa and Igbo: write the wording yourself, or let us translate it once and keep it. Pidgin is understood for every shop, and you can add the way your own customers talk.
No fee per message
The assistant matches what customers mean against your own catalogue, answers and rules. There is no AI meter running on every reply, and it never makes up a price.

See it for yourself. Type what a customer might say and see which of the assistant's built-in words would match.

Quotes and orders

Customers order from your catalogue inside WhatsApp, or type what they want and get a quote.

Quotes from a typed list
"I need 2 ankara midi and a lace blouse" becomes a quote. Anything unclear is asked about first.
Accept and it becomes an order
Accept and Decline buttons on every quote, expiry dates, and reminders before a quote lapses.
Guided checkout
Email once, delivery address (typed, saved or sent as a map pin), delivery method, then payment. Returning customers reuse their saved address.
Coupons
Percentage or fixed, with limits and expiry, applied in the chat or by your team.
Pick up where they left off
A customer who was interrupted sends RESUME and lands back in their unfinished order or quote.
Places you do not deliver to
Name the areas you do not serve and customers are told straight away, instead of after they have chosen everything.
Questions and add-ons per product
A name to print, a size, gift wrap: asked for the products you choose, in the chat or right in the WhatsApp checkout form, with the price added. The answers reach the order, the receipt and your store.
Appointments, booked in the chat
Customers pick a service, a day and a free time, pay in full or a deposit if you like, get a reminder, and can move or cancel. Every booking is in your calendar, with days off, and in Google Calendar both ways: times you are busy there are not offered.
Your own checkout steps
On plans that include it, reorder the checkout and add steps of your own, even ones that wait for your team.

Payments and refunds

AmyNav never holds your money. Every payment goes straight to the gateway or bank account you set up.

Paystack, Flutterwave, Stripe, PayPal, transfer, cash
Choose per order. A payment link goes to the customer and the order confirms itself when it is paid.
Bank transfers with proof
A photo or PDF of the transfer goes to your team, who confirm it with one tap.
Receipts
A PDF receipt sent on WhatsApp for every paid order, and one on demand.
Tax and extra charges
Add VAT, a service fee, the payment gateway fee or a messaging fee to each order, so the customer covers them. Show each one on the receipt, or combine them as one line such as Tax. They reach your WooCommerce or Shopify order too.
Refunds in full or in part
From an order, from a chat, or through the API, with a reason kept on the order. Online payments go back through the gateway. A refund made in your own store shows up here on its own.
Unpaid orders tidy themselves
Reminders first, then cancellation after the time you choose, with the stock put back.

Delivery

Delivery fees from your own zones, riders with their own simple link, and tracking that reaches the customer.

Delivery zones and rates
Zones by country, state or postcode, each with flat, by weight (or per kg) and by order value rates, such as free delivery over a total. Product weight and size are counted for you, and your store's zones sync in. An address none of them reaches goes to a person to price, and the chat carries on.
Riders
Give each rider a key and a link. They see their own deliveries and mark them done, without a login.
Follow the rider on a map
The rider presses Start delivery and your customer follows them on a map until it arrives. Only the latest spot is kept, and it is gone once delivered.
Tracking and courier details
Courier, tracking number and link, sent to the customer when you add them.
Updates after the 24 hour window
WhatsApp only lets a business write freely for a day. Shipped, delivered and refund notices go out as approved templates once that day has passed.

Your store

Sell from a store you already have, or manage products in AmyNav with no store at all.

Products, variants and stock
Pulled in automatically, and refreshed within seconds when something changes in the store.
Orders reach the store
Orders made in WhatsApp are created in WooCommerce or Shopify, paid, cancelled and refunded there too, so your books agree.
Changes made in the store come back
Cancelled, paid, fulfilled or refunded in the store, and AmyNav follows, without sending it back again.
One click from WordPress
The AmyNav plugin makes the connection for you, even before you have an account, and adds WhatsApp chat and Order on WhatsApp buttons to your site.
No store needed
Add products by hand, with pictures, variants, categories and stock.
Tell me when it is back
A customer asking for something sold out can ask to be told. When it is back in stock, they get one message.
A page in the AmyNav marketplace
List your shop where shoppers search by what they sell and where they are, and start a chat with you.
Several pictures per product
Up to nine pictures, from your store or uploaded, shown as a gallery in your store chat and in your WhatsApp catalogue.

More ways to chat

Customers who are not on WhatsApp, or who would rather not, chat, order and pay with you on your own store chat or on Telegram.

Your own store chat
A chat page at a link you choose: browse, cart, checkout and orders, with no app to install and no fee per reply.
Telegram
Link your own Telegram bot. Product cards with Add to cart, and your shop opens inside Telegram.
Instagram DMs
Connect your business Instagram and its DMs land in the same inbox, answered by the same assistant, with product cards, a cart and checkout.
Your own address
Put your store chat on your own website address, such as chat.yourshop.com, with one setting at your domain host.
Any other channel, by API
Your own app or another messenger: send each message in, and the assistant's and your team's replies come back to it.
Each channel on or off
Switch a channel off for a while and your team still sees every message in one inbox.

Chat from your website

Add a "Chat with us" button to any website, WordPress or not, and every conversation it starts lands in the same WhatsApp inbox your team already uses.

Works on any site
A short snippet embeds the button on a WooCommerce, Shopify or hand-built site alike. The WordPress plugin adds it with one click, no code needed.
Straight into WhatsApp
A visitor types their first message on your site and the chat continues on WhatsApp from there, same assistant, same team, same history.
Set up once
One key identifies your business to the button. Nothing to rotate, nothing a visitor can see or misuse.
Built for developers too
A documented API for a custom checkout or a Shopify app to start a chat directly, no button required.

Numbers and stock

Figures come from your own live orders, in your own currency.

Revenue after refunds
Refunded money is never counted as revenue. See the last 7, 30 or 90 days, your best sellers and how chats turn into orders.
Low stock alerts
An email before a bestseller quietly sells out, and one when the last unit goes.
Which ads bring sales

Campaigns
Send to the customers who opted in, with a daily limit so you never spam.
Consent recorded
Opt in and STOP are handled for you, and customers who opt out are left alone.

API and partners

The same REST API the dashboard uses, with keys you can limit.

API keys with limited roles
Give an integration only the areas it needs. Versioned under /v1 with its own rate limit.
Bring your own channel
Your app or another messenger sends us each message, and gets the assistant's replies, buttons and product cards as data.
Signed webhooks
Order created, status changed, payment changed and refunded, signed so you know they are ours.
Resellers
Create and manage merchants under your own account and bill them as one.
Postman and full documentation
A ready collection and a written guide for every endpoint.

Privacy and safety

Built so that asking for a copy of your data, or its deletion, is normal.

Customers can ask
A customer sends "send me my data" or "delete my data" in the chat. They get a copy, and deletion is done once you approve it.
Each business is separate
Every request is limited to one business, so no merchant can ever see another.
Keys are encrypted
Payment, store and WhatsApp credentials are stored encrypted, and webhooks from Meta, Paystack, Flutterwave and your store are signature checked.
Close your account
Export, then delete, from Settings, whenever you like.

Ready when you are.

The free plan needs no card, and most merchants are set up in about five minutes.
